Description of service
HenryiQueue is a booking and scheduling platform for independent beauty and personal-care professionals — barbers, stylists, braiders, nail technicians, and similar service providers — and their teams. It provides a public booking page, calendar management, client records, and related tools for running an appointment-based business. By creating an account or booking an appointment through HenryiQueue, you agree to these terms.
Professional responsibilities
If you operate a business on HenryiQueue, you are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your business workspace. You are responsible for the accuracy of your services, pricing, and availability as displayed to clients, for honoring appointments booked in good faith, and for complying with applicable law in how you communicate with and collect information from your clients. Owners may invite team members and manage their access to the workspace.
Client responsibilities
If you book an appointment through a HenryiQueue business's public booking page, you are responsible for providing accurate contact information and for showing up for, or properly cancelling or rescheduling, appointments you book. Businesses on HenryiQueue set their own cancellation and no-show policies.
Messaging and notifications
HenryiQueue may send transactional SMS and email messages — including appointment confirmations, reminders, and cancellation or reschedule notices — to clients booked through a business's workspace. Businesses are responsible for obtaining any consent required for these messages and for the accuracy of the client contact information they collect.
Disclaimers
HenryiQueue is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Intellectual Stew, LLC and HenryiQueue will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of revenue, profits, or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the service will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms from time to time. You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
