Overview

HenryiQueue is a booking and scheduling platform for beauty and personal-care professionals. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have — including for clients booking appointments through a HenryiQueue business, not just the professionals who run their business on it.

Information we collect

When a professional creates a HenryiQueue account, we collect their name, email, and business details. When a client books an appointment — whether through a business's public booking page or by checking in for one — we collect the information needed to hold and manage that appointment: first and last name, phone number, and email address. We also keep records of the appointments themselves (service booked, date and time, status, and any notes a professional adds).

How we use your information

We use this information to operate the platform: creating and managing appointments, powering real-time availability, and letting professionals run their business. We also use it to send transactional messages — by text and email — for appointment confirmations, reminders, and cancellation or reschedule notices. These are operational messages tied to a specific appointment, not marketing.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you opt in to receive text messages, HenryiQueue may text you appointment confirmations and reminders. Message frequency varies depending on your appointment activity. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send you. For help, reply HELP, or contact us using the information below.

We do not sell, share, or otherwise disclose your phone number or SMS opt-in consent to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

How we share information

A client's booking information is visible to the specific business they booked with, and to that business's team members as configured by its owner. We do not sell client or professional information to third parties. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the platform (for example, email and text message delivery, and cloud hosting), under agreements that limit their use of it to providing that service to us.

Data retention

We retain account and appointment information for as long as an account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, accounting, or record-keeping obligations. A professional can request deletion of their business's data by contacting us at the address below.

Data isolation and security

Each business's workspace is isolated from every other business on the platform using row-level security at the database level. A business owner controls who on their team can access their data through team member invitations.

Children's privacy

HenryiQueue is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
